"I can’t even give this place 1 star after today! We held insurance with Natalie’s office for over two years until today, when I discovered they dropped my household auto policy for apparently too many claims against my son. Those claims consisted of.a fender bender, a roadside assistance call for keys locked in his truck (which we carried coverage for), and a windshield replacement from a rock hitting it on the interstate. They say they sent a letter out (to the wrong address) to notify us 45 days ago. Needless to say, I was beyond shocked when I reached out to find out why I have not seen a renewal policy or a bill for future coverage! I am baffled that a fender bender would cause a cancellation! The other two claims are completely ridiculous! We are not in fault of a rock hitting our windshield, and we paid for roadside assistance in case of an emergency (like keys getting locked in a vehicle) which I had no idea would have been used against if ever used! After reaching out a few times, I called to ask for my information. I was told Natalie herself would call me to discuss further, and would have loved and appreciated her doing so, given that I now had less than 24 hours to find coverage for my family, but like I figured, it was wishful thinking. I seriously would proceed with caution when considering this office for any sort of coverage! Oh and you can forget getting anything for referrals of other members joining because they will make false promises with that as well!"
