"I recently had a claim that I filed. Unfortunately it was denied. The reason was that I did not have collision insurance on the car. The new car was financed and was required. State Farm knew the car was financed but did not include the coverage. Somebody at State Farm made a mistake. It was her Fiduciary responsibility to make sure that I had the right coverage. After several attempts to get this resolved her office just said they couldn't do anything. Any attempt to contact her myself or the claims department have been ignored."
